Increase Valium from 5 mg to 10 mg?

Hi,
Around 6 months ago I increased my Valium dose from 2 mg to 5 mg, once at night, This was to reduce anxiety and help me sleep better.
I am still having anxiety during the day, OCD, and sleeping problems at night.
Does anyone think I should increase the valium to 10 mg, once at night?
