Yes. When I do not take antipsychotics, I am hypomanic. I take antipsychotics and this time I feel depressed. If I take something that makes me feel good actually are the ones that make me hypomanic.
To give an example. Normally I am hypomanic. But when I take antipsychotics, I feel depressed. But I have to use antisychotics. Then the agents that make me hypomanic make me feel good.
If I did not take antipsychotics, I am already hypomanic - if I took these agents when I am not on antipsychotics the hypomania would have worsened.
My question is - if I take these things when I am on antipsychotics, would these worsen my hypomania in the background although my most hypomania symptoms are masked by antipsychotics?
No - I won't take Prozac again. But, there are supplements that make me hypomanic.
