Parnate Fatigue I'm desperate, any options?

Posted by vanvog on February 19, 2014, at 19:59:33

Now exactly 1 year in on Parnate 120mg + Provigil 200mg

Parnate still kinda works, not as much on my Depression as it used to, but for my Social Anxiety it's still a miracle drug. Fatigue does not get better though and is _not dose dependent. I suffer from daytime fatigue and it gets worse in the evening.

Methylphenidate and similar drugs are no option due to legal restrictions in my country. Nardil not available either.

Wellbutrin does help, but only for a very short while, one week max, and then it's back to "I have to sleep now" all day. I don't even notice any difference when I stop taking it, which is no surprise, considering I take 120mg of Parnate in a single-dose, most meds now on the market would prbably have a placebo effect equal to a pack of Jelly Beans on me, that's if I'm lucky. A friend of mine told me a story how his blood pressure got dangerously high after he accidentally took twice his usual dose of Effexor, 75mg + 75mg, wow, that's really living on the edge, my friend.

Any idea what might be worth a try? Any usual suspects for cases like me? Thanks
