As I know you all know as I mention it too much. I now need help with losing l0lbs, and getting my BP back from mid 120's over 80's to what it was a few months ago which was low 100's over 70's. I was at the endos a few months ago and his scale said I gained l0 lbs. And Bp higher then too. And they use a real blow up cuff so it was accurate. And done twice. I rechecked yesterday at the pharmacy where it always is in the low l00's over 70 too. And was higher. Diet is granola, no fat Greek yougurt to mix it in and some blackberries on top, half banana, and half sandwich at lunch, one slice of bread, one slice of turkey, half a piece of low fat swiss cheese. During day two bottles of cold green tea and water. Then ride most days 6 miles on bike. Do the PT excercises when done as in so much pain. Then eat the dark chocolate. And I admit to a lot to feel like I have something in my mouth. Since can't taste I need something. Then dinner 1/2 cup organic veggies microwaved, 2 oz of chicken not fried, and a small 1/2 of baked potatoe. That is it for the day. Since my Dad and Grandfather both died at age 71 of first sign of cardiac disease. I wonder what I can do to get the l0 lbs off and lower blood pressure. Still take 2.5mg of Lexapro, 25 mg of luvox, .75 total of Xanax, and 7.5mg of valium. So what now? Thanks Phillipa
