I've been on it for about 6 weeks now and all the uplifting and energizing effects I had on startup are long gone and now it only seems to be producing a slight malaise. About 30-60 minutes after a dose I feel more depressed and tired. I wears off for the most part after that but any benefits seem to be gone. I was looking for an antidepressant/energizing effect but it has not persisted.

You could try cutting back to 20 mg/day. I might do this myself as an experiment. Since the binding affinity of lurasidone for 5-HT7 receptors is higher than it is for NE alpha-2 receptors, I am hoping that at very low dosages, 5-HT7 blockade will occur with little or no NE alpha-2 blockade.
