I think you have made such an important point - a regular sex life with someone you truly care about is a powerful anti-depressant in its own right. Would it be possible to rely more on psychotherapy - a kind in which the relationship between you and your therapist is primary- and eventually decrease the amount of Nardil gradually over time?
