ED from effexor or any of the SSRIs/SNRIs is fairly common. Sometimes the sexual side effects show up as ED, sometimes lack of desire, sometimes inability to finish, sometimes all of the above.
Wellbutrin does not cause ED as often as the others, and is sometimes used to help improve sexual problems, but sometimes does the opposite and makes things worse. As it did with me.
At your age some degree of ED would not be unusual.Viagra. It works. Get the 100mg tabs so you can break them in half to get to two 50mg doses....the stuff is expensive, about $30 per pill. Break it up with the teeth, let it soak under the tongue and in the mouth for a minute or two, then swallow. Avoid food and especially fatty foods at least an hour before dosing. Some "effect" can start to be felt as early as 20 minutes but usually stronger in the 40 - 60 minute area. If desire is lagging, it can help to stimulate that as well, simply because sensation down there begins to get excited.
Viagra works across a wide spectrum of ED causes...meds, blood flow, artery disease, illnesses, nervousness....
The above comments assume you are satisfied with how effexor and wellbutrin are going. If they are not providing you with the benefits you wanted, or are more problematic than helpful, then the problem goes deeper than ED....need to change some meds.
