Anyone get nightmares from taking meds?

Since I only take small doses of meds why is every night nightmares and when wake I'm feeling bad. Seems strange as since no meds during the day as the day goes on I feel better. Then when eat I start to feel worse. I don't get it. I keep thinking it's the synthroid I take about 7am when wake and then go back to sleep. As bedtime is 3am. This has been going on for three years. And I've questioned the synthroid and the endo says no. the pdoc is an idiot and doesn't care. Phillipa
