From what I have seen, Strattera is a great drug to treat ADD and the mild depression that can go along with it. You really need to be sure that ADD is present in order for Strattera to be of much use. Historically, imipramine and desipramine were used to treat adult ADD. Desipramine is a reasonable choice, but I would still choose Strattera first.
