40-80 Geodon - depression dose?

Doc called in 40mg caps to take either 1 or 2 a day.
I feel like 40mg - 60mg probably helps with depression, but I also experience some agitation. I'm wondering if I would still get the AD feel from 80mg.
I notice a distinct added stability with 80mg.
Opinions?
