I don't know how much stalk to put on this, so read this post with a grain of salt.
I'm male, 44 years old. I suffer from anxiety, panic, agoraphobia. In the past year I've tried omega 3 supplements, dental amalgam removal, insane exercise regiments, and about a year ago I raised Luvox from 50 mg to 100 mg / day. My anxiety level more or less stayed around the same.
About 2 months ago I stopped having soy milk with breakfast, something I've had for years due to lactose intolerance. I've noticed more improvement in the last 2 months than I have the whole year.
Maybe it's a coincidence. Maybe it took the new Luvox dose close to a year to work. I don't know. I just find this very curious. Been reading about estrogenic properties of soy in men.
Don't know what to think about this. Any similar experiences with soy?
