Good addition to my combo?

Got some agitation going. 30 Abilify, 1200 Trileptal, up to 300 Neurontin (3 doses of 100 each), Orthomolecular.

What could I add? I want to keep costs down...generic Geodon? Low-dose, PRN risperidone? Decisions, decisions...
