revv33,
I too would like to welcome you to Psycho-Babble. I've done very little reading on the effects that Abilify and other antipsychotic medications may have on sex drive, so I'm afraid that my knowledge on this topic is limited. I will, however, say that I take Abilify (5 mg of it) and have not noticed any decline in my sex drive since I've been taking the medication. If anything, I might say that my sex drive is a little stronger now that I'm taking Abilify, but it's hard to say for sure.
My experience with Abilify, of course, only means so much. I would recommend doing some reading on the effects that Abilify has on sex drive, taking a look at both anecdotal reports such as mine (and others that may say that Abilify does indeed hinder sex drive) and any scientific information that may be out there. I think it helps not only to understand what the science has to say about medications such as Abilify, but also to listen to subjective reports from patients who've actually taken the medications, and I hope that more individuals who've taken Abilify will share their experiences here.
