I can't recall noticing any difference in my sex drive when I took Wellbutrin, but it's been a while since I've taken it (I was on it from 2003 through 2005). That's not to say that I doubt that the medication can affect sex drive one way or another, just that it didn't seem to have that effect on me.
I do think it's possible that your reduced sex drive could be a start-up side effect that might subside the longer you stay on Wellbutrin. I wish I could say, though, that I know of some others who've gone through something similar. Maybe somebody else who might have had an experience similar to yours with respect to Wellbutrin and sex drive will chime in.
