1. Pseudotumor cerebri - brain swelling.
2. Reduced sex-drive.

#1 is not frequent, but should be monitored for. Ask your doctor about it and learn the symptoms.

#2 is quite common, unfortunately.

Good luck. Minocycline can do things in the brain that no other single agent can. I wouldn't know how it works in treating schizoid disorders, but modulating glutamate activity might be contributory. My depression improved within a week of starting minocyline. I take 200 mg/day. You might feel overstimulated during the first few days.
