Yes, P. I was having bad neck pain/shoulder tension for weeks. Interfered with sleep. I decided to try 12.5mg Zoloft because I started having spasms. I had tried Advil etc. I'm still on .5mg klonopin(don't know why that wouldn't work for neck pain). So the Zoloft works but it may not be a long term fix. I will just have to see. Have u tried any ssris for pain?
