My basic understanding is that Saphris is more similar to Zyprexa and Seroquel, and Latuda is more similar to Geodon.

Personally, Saphris helped me the most out of any antipsychotic I have tried (Abilify, Seroquel, Zyprexa, Geodon, Latuda). But it had side effects for me and I eventually chose to discontinue. Ive also tried Latuda but it made me feel worse. I think ed_uk is right, you won't know until you try it.

Have you tried Abilify as a AD add on? I would consider that first before Latuda. There is a high dose folate supplement called Deplin which also may help as an add on to AD. Just my opinion though I'm not a doctor... herpills
