I have NO IDEA (sorry for the screaming caps) what to suggest :-(

Are your issues mostly negative? Low dose amisulpride has been used in those sorts of cases with what experts consider "good" results (I have no idea how the patients feel, obviously).

Back in the day, they'd Rx stimulants with neuroleptics. Here in the US, we have Vyvanse (fancy form of Dexedrine) on patent, so they're doing a couple studies on using the stuff in selected cases of psychotic disorders. Maybe Ritalin or Provigil?
