I really dont want to take zoloft all the time, but I cant stand the tension I get. I called a pharmacist and he said the ssris do help some with pain. He stated that some people stop getting the pain relief tho once their bodies have become accustomed to the extra serotonin. I dont know if its a long term solution. He did mention that cymbalta is the one most people use for pain. I gained weight b4 on zoloft(but was also taking remeron),zoloft also messes with my stomach.
