More exotic depression treatments?

Stuff like NK-1 antagonists..

Im looking for a way back to independant living.
Right now im regularly visited by suicide thoughts and im looking for a way out.

Scott made such a cool list of psyche meds. Can someone talk about the less common off label ones for treatment resistant depression?
