Bones are fine/ severe fluid retention?

Posted by Sheilac on November 14, 2013, at 9:59:36

My bone scan came back fine. I see my regular doc tomorrow and will discuss the fluid retention and what might be causing it. I wake up in the morning and my feet are swollen and killing me. I can barely walk across the room. A hot foot soak & Aleve are the only think that gets me walking. I miss working out.

It very well could be arthritis, but wouldn't that creep up and not just suddenly appear one day?

I'm wondering if the higher dose of Trileptal or the new formulation (Oxtellar XR) of Trileptal could be causing the extreme swelling. I take my whole dose before bed, instead of the old generic form throughout the day.

I don't think Geodon would cause swelling, but I did have swelling with Risperdal and Abilify. Maybe moving from 40 to 80mg of Geodon caused it, but it don't think so.

I really feel it's the new Trileptal I'm on. Why in the world is this happening to me? I'm in so much pain with this swelling.
