I think we forget that our physiology is not static....inside we are always changing. Your body today is not the same as it was 1 month ago, 6 months ago, 2 years ago, whatever.
There is so much about meds that we do not know. What we do know is only a smidgen of what there is to know, that we don't know. For example we know what receptors remeron blocks, and basic mechanics of it, but we have no clue what the impact is on this gene or that gene or this enzyme or that, or whatever, you know?
So whatever happened before, compared to now, will be hard to explain. Maybe someone else has more details.
