This happens to me a lot. I don't think it's OCD or anxiety. Just plain old insomnia. Can't get your mind to quiet down and fall into sleep. Everyone I know experiences this sometimes. That's why drugs like ambien are so popular.
Times when I go to bed and can't get a song out of my head, etc. I would think this is more OCD because it interrupts me relaxing.
