I would have discontinued it with five weeks of those side effects. When I used bupropion against depression, I got more energy, but after some time it worsened my social anxiety disorder. The reason why I tried bupropion, was because of the sexual side effects of SSRIs, but it didn't get better with bupropion as monotherapy either.

600 mg quetiapine
