What are you most concerned about?
Amoxapine is a derivative of loxapine, the old antipsychotic. It acts like a tricyclic antidepressant with antipsychotic properties, and has been used in the past to treat psychotic depression. I am not aware of any dangers beyond those you would normally see with a tricyclic antidepressant or a first-generation (typical) antipsychotic. Cardiotoxicity (including heart-block) and EPS (including tardive dyskinesia) are possible with amoxapine.
