I personally haven't taken Nardil, but all I have read online and the two people I personally have known that took it said they gained weight.
IMO... calories in, versus calories spent. If you take in less than your daily value, you should be fine. Unless it's causing water weight, Nardil isn't going to put fat on your body. It's what you put in your mouth, which means that it could cause cravings/hunger...
It seems to hit GABA and SEROTONIN a little harder than that of Parnate.
For what it's worth, my Pdoc said those she has on Nardil do not complain of weight gain.
