Things will begin to come together automatically once your illness becomes less severe. How will that be accomplished? I don't know. However, because you are partially responsive to Seroquel, I am optimistic that you are treatable.
Don't be too resistant to your doctors should they want to have you take two antipsychotics. I have seen a combination of Seroquel and Saphris work well to prevent mania/psychosis and improve depression in someone who is diagnosed as having schizoaffective disorder. Each drug has as a unique set of properties despite having the same indication. Likewise, each person has a unique psychobiology for which different treatments will be effective.
