> Scott, thanks for keeping us posted on Lautda, I'll keep that one in mind if the Geodon doesn't end up helping. I do feel better but still have some depression. I should clarify, I am not on Pristiq anymore, haven't been on an AD in about a year. I would like to avoid going back on one if possible. Right now I'm at 200mg Lamictal, 20mg Geodon, and 1mg Ativan. I also take omega3 and I'm thinking about adding Deplin back in. Do you think methylfolate could help even though I'm not pairing it with an antidepressant?I haven't kept up with the findings regarding the clinical use of Deplin. I guess there really isn't any reason not to try it. When I first added it to Nardil, it worked pretty well, but soon pooped-out.
I know someone who did very well when minocycline was added to Abilify and Lamictal. They did not take any antidepressants. Interestingly, I feel better for taking minocycline. I also take Abilify and Lamictal. Once you establish an antipsychotic, you might want to try adding minocycline.
