Starting Nardil-Need Advice

Ok, so I "think" I got my wish & am going to start Phenelzine
I've been on Nardil before, but was to Ill to benefit & it probably made things worse
That was my own fault
The thing that really concerns me about Phenelzine is the Cognitive Problems
Phenelzine made me very stupid & slow witted the last time I was on it
I assume this affect fades with time?
Also I got bad Hypotension
Any ideas how to combat these problems?
Is it safe to take Choline with Phenelzine?
Are there any drugs or supplements that raise blood pressure slightly?
Without going into a dreaded Hypertensive Crisis?
