I've taken Vyvanse 30 mg for the last two days and have not noticed a major crash at the end of the day. It feels a lot smoother than Adderall XR. My resting heart rate has been closer to 80. It doesn't increase my thirst nearly as much. So far, it's working about as I would expect it to. Seems to last for around 9-10 hours, I think.
However, I've been feeling fatigued and excessively thirsty for the past few days (before starting Vyvanse) and I'm not sure why. It started after the four days I took Adderall. I don't find it surprising that I felt fatigued right after I stopped Adderall, but since it didn't go away I suspect something else might be wrong. I have been sleeping adequately. I am not diabetic (confirmed today with blood and urine tests) and standard labs came back normal with no indication of immune activity; waiting on TSH results. There is no other apparent cause of illness... the doctor I saw thinks the excessive thirst is just drug-induced dry mouth, but that doesn't explain the fatigue.
I did wake up on Saturday morning (not having taken Vyvanse or Adderall XR the day before) feeling very tired and a little dehydrated after sleeping 11 hours. It took a lot of motivation to get out of bed and move around.
