I too would really recommend against ECT.

I think that there are likely combinations of treatments available which can still help you.

For example:

My regiment:

effexor
plus remeron
plus ritalin
plus omega 3
plus SAMe
plus rtms

This is incredibly powerful.

remeron + remeron alone is very powerful
add SAMe to this and I can lower the effective
doses of both.
