I think everyone react differently to th benzo... With my own experience, the clonazepam feel the same as the alprazolam at equivalent dose... Both are addictive, alprazolam being the worse, but more effective for the panic type of anxiety than the clonazepam.
I'm on 7!mg day of clonazepam and its not working anymore but the physical addiction and interdose anxiety I have with it even with its longer half life did that I can't withdrawal it or reduce my dose. I cut 1 mg and was at 8 mg last year...
When I need to get out of the house and some morning when I wake up with a panic feeling I still continue to use a very small dose of Xanax, no more than 0.125 mg... With my clonazepam I help to at least not have full blow panic attack and only have severe anxiety symptoms... But I'm running out of Xanax pills and my Doc don't want to RX some Xanax as use as prn... So will have to stop using it for good...
