I never worked up enough nerve to try something heavy-duty like Nardil or Parnate. Just lately I've been getting good results from a supplement called d-limonene. I've been calmer, less depressed, been sleeping better. But it's been just under a week, so who knows if it will last. It works by binding to the adenosine A2A receptor. Here's a site about it:
