I think it is. I think that part of the molecule called dexedrine has the energizing part in it-- and when you add the other enantiomers --or optical isomers-- which are less potent, you get adderal.
I'm sure adderall includes all the enantiomers, and is less strong-- although it's from experience that I've concluded that dexedrine is stronger.
