If I were to need a sleep aid every night, I would probably take Seroquel 25 mg. I understand that you wish to be rid of Seroquel entirely, but might not 12.5 - 25.0 mg be useful? As you taper Seroquel, take note of the degree of residual daytime sedation that occurs. If it disappears at a lower dosage, perhaps you can simply stay there.
