You might have more luck treating bipolar 1 depression with a dosage of Lamictal at or above 200 mg/day. However, Lamictal may not help with mania. Have you tried combining lithium with higher dosages of Lamictal? Clozapine is generally given at dosages of 300 mg/day or higher.
Latuda (lurasidone) is an interesting drug for bipolar depression.
