Did your doctor prescribe 225mg of tramadol with the Effexor? I ask as it's said that the combination of an SSRI & I would think SNRI can cause serotonin symptom. But your dose of Effexor is low. So I'm pretty sure it's okay as know others who do combine tramadol with SSRI's. What is the tramadol for pain I'm assuming? I've heard it's a good non addicting pain med. And welcome to babble. Phillipa
