Undiminished cognitive function and vigilance when on sertraline may be mediated by sigma agonism. Frogs may also be made of rain.

The average of Ki of DA according to the Preskorn reference is clinically irrelevant. If it is around 50, that's decent, but still depends on individual response to DA.
