Dry mouth = Impossible to say, all three meds are known to cause this.
Heavy sweating = Once again all three medications can cause this, but I'd say it is most likely Lithium.
Delayed ejaculation and reduced sexual drive = This is caused by Marplan 99%
Wanting to eat a lot more => weight increase = Most likely caused by Marplan
Constipation = Most likely caused by Marplan
Sleep interruptions = All three medications can cause this.

It would be easier to answer these questions if you mentioned when these side effects appeared, and when you started each medication, as well as what dose you were using of each medication when each side effect appeared. This might be hard to remember, but it would make everything much easier.
