Achieving orgasm is mostly dependent on Norepinephrine. You could try Yohimbine.
Dopamine has very little (if at all) to do with actually achieving orgasm. Dopamine mostly regulates desire.
If you can't achieve orgasm even touching youself on NO medication at all you have a serious problem and should consult a Doctor ASAP.
It you can't achieve orgasm only during intercourse DESPITE NOT BEING ON ANY MEDICATION then I suggest trying the following:
1-Exercice and stop touching youself
2-Bupropion every morning for a while
3-If that doesn't work by itself add some Trazodone before sleepIf you can't achieve orgasm cause you're taking an SSRI, SNRI, benzo, antipsychotic then you most likely will have to stop taking it or suck it up.
