I will say that it's my understanding that taking lithium with Nardil is a strategy that seems to make sense, although the likelihood that you'll respond to 30 mg of Nardil (with or without lithium) is probably rather slim.

I was hoping to start on 15 per day and increase very cautiously to 30, and if no response after 6 weeks perhaps 37.5, and so on.
