i was musing about this too (again), today. i had a really bad week about a week and a half ago (was in the psych er after inadvertently taking too many pills trying to sleep/get out of my head); needless to say, it prompted a downward spiral, a close look at my current treatment (which clearly isn't working) and a quick unraveling.
now i'm going through a lot of change (med-induced and otherwise) and i've been really manic the past few days. it's kind of frightening as the "mania" and hypomania i feel has only been really obvious over the past few years. and i can't decide whether it's a really great thing that the weather is so nice here in ny, or just another thing that completely screws up my mood and stability...
