Lexapro namebrand tier 4 med now Forrest Generic?

Two pharmacies later found out that now Lexapro is considered a tier 4 med and is made by Forrest. Heard Forrest doesn't have a generic company so why would a company lose all their sales as per pharmacists I am the one one out of 2000 in the pharmacy still paying for brand and the cost is $99 for all tier 4 meds.
