Thanks, Twinleaf. Do you mind me asking what your Dx is? Was it helpful with stability in addition to mood? I'm currently doing Ketamine shots but I'm afraid they've only boosted my mood so much (a good thing, as I was in a bad rut), but I'm not close to remission and I fluctuate a lot. My pdoc offers TMS and he thinks it's a logical next step.
