Lozenges are good too! I've been taking nicotine lozenges for about 5 years and managed to keep my smoking down to about 0-5 cigs a day for that time. I only use 4-5 lozenges and no one knows I have one in. I agree the lozenges/gum/patches are very over priced. I have found that expired commit works as well as fresh. And can be bought for a much lower price($.15/each instead of $.50) The gum does not stay fresh and is worthless when expired. I don't have much experience with patches and inhalers including ecigs. I have tried an ecig. But find lozenges more versatile and cheaper.
