Certain herbs are studied in clinical trials. But they're not nearly as well studied as medications, for obvious reasons.

I have been taking rhodiola rosea for 4 days now and felt a thing from it. Meh. I kinda didn't expect to.. but I also don't feel the effects of Adderall (I did in the past) or Ritalin, antipsychotics, Gabpentin and Provigil. Basiclly my dopamine system isn't working correctly.
But Maca Root is the only supplement I've had success with so far.
