Not according to what I've seen and the pdoc I worked with he used lithium for just about everything in clients. I witnessed an almost miracle with a man who is alchoholic and was inpatient through drug assistant program. He was given low doses of lithium and two days later all the lines in his forehead from anger were gone. He was relaxed and mellow and felt good.

But to break an enteric coated med I'd think this would be flooding your system with lithium. I'd advise talking to your doc or a pharmacist. Not a good idea. Phillipa
