Help Geodon and coffee? Dose? Hypomania

Posted by Sheilac on March 15, 2013, at 18:58:22

I take 600mg a day of Trileptal which has been a great mood stabilizer for me.

We added Geodon to help with depression. 20mg at night seemed to make me feel more depressed the next day. We upped it to 40mg at dinner. I slept great and felt alive and not depressed the next day! A miracle!

Now, after a few days I'm feeling hypomanic. I am wondering if it is actually the 40mg of Geodon or the cup of coffee I have in the morning.

I hate to go back go 20mg.

Now I wonder if coffee and Geodon don't mix.

Anyone know if you're supposed to stop coffee on a geodon?

I don't want to be hypomanic. I'm hoping that I can stay on 40mg of Geodon. Maybe I'm supposed to stop the morning coffee. No one has told me.
