Have you ever had your vitamin D levels tested? Mine recently came back low, and I've just started supplementing with the vitamin. There are some studies indicating that vitamin D may be beneficial for individuals with depressive disorders, and it's also my understanding that people with depressive disorders are more likely to have low vitamin D levels than most.
That's just one thing to think about, if you haven't already.
