Effexor XR 75mg input, issues?

Since I respond to Tramadol, my doc suggested 75mg of Effexor XR.

I'm wondering if this will help me sleep? When should I take it - at dinner?

Also, with Trileptal already on board, will Effexor hinder my sex drive/ability? Will it make me gain weight?

If it would help me sleep, help with depression and not cause weight gain - I'm on board. But wouldn't we all be?!
